When I started having coaching sessions with Jeanette I had just been
appointed Operations director of a medium size media company.
Jeanette helped
support me in that role and in the process of preparing for, commencing, and
evolving the Managing director role. In my view one of the most valuable
elements of Jeanette’s coaching approach is her complete openness, her presence,
and her ability to help me work through whatever issues come up in each individual
session.
Her ability to work with whatever concrete issues I present always makes
the process exciting and fruitful, especially as this helps me recognize and grow
capabilities. The company has now had three very successful years. Many of the
topics discussed in our coaching sessions have clearly added to that success.
