Jeanette really helped me to step outside of things and look
from different angles and perspectives. It’s amazing because
I would go into a coaching session with complete confusion and come
out with a clear view of what to change and how to make improvements.
I realised I had more options than I’d previously thought.
Now,
I’m not taking everything into my own hands anymore, I’ve
started to let go of some things in the company. I’ve stopped
coming up with solutions, before I really understand the problem.
And, I realise that I’m not wanting others to give me solutions to
my problems either. Also, I’ve stopped giving advice and started
asking more questions. It’s far more effective!
